Lead Law Compliance Simplified — A Conversation with Andy McLellan

In 2016, EPA levied  fines of over $1 million for violations of the Lead Renovation, Repair & Painting Rule (RRP 2008). This law requires contractors, land- lords, handymen, and renovators to attend certification training and use lead safe work practices in pre-1978 housing and child occupied facilites.

Public Presentation/Horse Communications Events were held on March 18th at the Oneida County Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE) in Oriskany and March 25th at the Municipal Commission in Boonville.  4-H members gathered to present their Public Presentation or Horse Communication to volunteer judges and receive constructive feedback.
